Dr Phua Sin Yong

Singapore Speech & Language Therapist CentreDr Phua Sin Yong is a speech language therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She was awarded the Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship to pursue her studies in Speech Therapy. She subsequently obtained her PhD in Sydney, Australia. Dr Phua worked both locally and internationally and has published in international peer reviewed medical journals. She was the first speech therapist in Singapore to practice FEES. Her main interests are in cognitive rehabilitation and learning disabilities. Dr Phua has been invited to speak at international meetings as well as conduct workshops at Universities and conferences internationally.

Serene Lau

Serene Lau is a highly experienced speech language therapist with more than 12 years clinical experience. She awarded National Council of Social Services (NCSS) Scholarship to pursue education in Speech Therapy. She is extensive experienced in the management of children with special needs. She is a NDT trained therapist. Serene has worked overseas and locally, and currently oversees our operations in Chengdu, China. Serene and her team provide intervention and consultancy services in Chengdu. Serene also provides intervention in Singapore.

Eimear Clancy

Eimear Clancy is a speech language therapist who graduated from The University of Ireland. Eimear enjoys working with individuals with communication disorders, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Global Developmental Delays, and children with developmental speech and language delays. Eimear’s gentle approach is very well received by parents and children alike. She believes in engaging children in fun filled interactions to facilitate development of communication skills.

Maria Bracken

Maria Bracken graduated from The University of Ireland. She has experience working with a variety of disorders including Autism, Down Syndrome, intellectual disabilities, early and developmental language delays, articulation, cognitive linguistic difficulties, and and literacy challenges. She enjoys working with young children especially preschool kids. Maria is well versed with the management of individuals with special needs in the home environment. Maria is warm, friendly and personable. She is well liked by both parents and kids. Maria has strong relationships with the children and families with whom she works, and feels that empowering parents through education and training is the key to a child’s success. Outside of work, Maria is participates in sporting activities.

Luah Chay Ling

Luah Chay Ling is an experienced physiotherapist with specialist training paediatric physiotherapy. She has more than 10 years experience in the field and has a Masters degree in Paediatric Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland. Chay Ling is also trained in the NDT approach. Her special interest is in the field of paediatric neuro-development delays and difficulties.

Janell Lee

Janell is an experienced physiotherapist with specialist training paediatric physiotherapy. She has a Masters degree in Paediatric Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland. Janell is also trained in the NDT approach. Her special interest is in the field of paediatric neuro-development delays and difficulties.
