Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Speech Therapist to join our team, with a strong emphasis on paediatric caseloads. You will also have opportunities to work with adult clients, ensuring a diverse and rewarding scope of practice.

Paediatric Caseload

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Speech delay and articulation challenges
Language and literacy difficulties

Adult Caseload

Post-stroke rehabilitation
Nursing home residents
Hospital-based cases

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare teams
Provide ongoing case management and progress monitoring
Participate in supervision, mentorship, and professional development activities

Requirements

Degree in Speech Therapy / Pathology recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
AHPC registration (or eligibility to register)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who thrives in collaboration
A self-motivated individual with initiative and adaptability
